COPHELA is the acronym (in English) of the Project for International Cooperation in Quality Assurance for Pharmaceutical Education between Europe and Latin America, which is part of the Key Action 2 (KA2, CBHE): Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of new practices and development of capacities in the field of higher education, of the Erasmus + program of the Executive Agency for Education, Audiovisual and Culture of the European Commission (EACEA).

COPHELA is an online teaching platform for specialization studies in community, hospital, and industrial pharmacy that is offered free of charge to all of Iberic-America and the rest of the world. Its purpose is not to leave any professional without options to update their training, which will result in better pharmaceutical services.
